Senior Resident

• Assisting the Centre Head in the allocation of Case Managers (CMs) and Clinical Psychologists (CPs) to specific patients.
• Building team spirit among clinical and non-clinical staff.
• Conducting daily clinical IPD rounds for all patients under the supervision of the Centre Head and Consultant.
• Monitoring all schedules and activities carried out by patients, apart from regular clinical work-ups.
• Performing OPD duties as per requirements and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Handling medical emergencies and providing routine care as needed.
• Constant supervision of nursing staff and ensuring the care provided to patients is up to standard.
• Maintaining medical records and supervising the timely completion of all capacity assessments and file work.
• Sharing updates with referring psychiatrists at regular intervals.
• Attending family meetings and supervising communications with the families of patients.
