Key Responsibilities

  • Appointment Coordination: Arrange appointments with Psychiatrists and hospital medical teams.
  • Facility Presentations: Present our facility to psychiatrists and other clients, arrange tours of the facility, and gain patient referrals to the facility.
  • Conference Organization: Organize conferences for doctors and other medical staff.
  • Revenue Generation: Responsible for revenue generation and meeting or exceeding quarterly sales targets.
  • Client Relationship: Build and maintain detailed records of all client contacts and interactions.
  • Travel Requirements: Willing to travel to different locations as needed.
  • Promote New Services: Passionate about promoting new services in the psychiatric community.
  • Market Development: Develop the market in the designated region and build a sales team underneath them.
  • Partnership Development: Visit different psychiatric hospitals and doctors to create partnerships and tie-ups.
  • Go-To-Market Strategy: Collaborate with the leadership team to create go-to-market strategies for the offerings.
  • Networking: Build a network of doctors, care providers, and corporate clients for our psychiatric management offerings.
  • Sales Team Leadership: Build and mentor the field sales force to achieve business goals.
  • Target Ownership: Own and achieve sales targets for the region across all lines of business.
  • Networking Expertise: Maintain a strong network of doctors across neurology and psychiatry.
  • Sales Experience: Self-driven and experienced in selling to doctors and care providers.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
