Her journey into the world of counseling and therapy has been marked by a genuine interest in helping individuals of all ages overcome their challenges and lead fulfilling lives.

Jasneet’s academic journey has been nothing short of impressive. Following her passion for psychology, she pursued a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) in Psychology at Mata Sundri College for Women, Delhi University, graduating in 2021. Building on her foundation, she furthered her education at Amity Institute of Psychology & Allied Sciences, Amity University, Noida, where she is currently pursuing a Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology, expected to graduate in 2023.

Her practical experience in the field of counseling is extensive and diverse. She embarked on her counseling journey with an internship at Moolchand Hospital, Delhi, in 2019, where she gained valuable insights into child and adolescent counseling. In 2021, she expanded her horizons with an internship in addiction counseling at Roar Rehabilitation Centre, Chhatarpur, Delhi, deepening her expertise in this critical area of mental health.

Jasneet possesses a range of essential skills that make her a compassionate and effective counselor. Her ability to observe behavior, combined with patience and meticulous note-taking, allows her to provide personalized care to her clients. She excels in active listening, demonstrating genuine empathy, and asking thought-provoking questions that facilitate healing and growth.

Jasneet’s diverse areas of interest in counseling include Child & Adolescent Counseling, Mental Health Counseling (with a focus on Anxiety and Depression), Addiction Counseling, Music Therapy, Solution Focused Brief Therapy, Play Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy.

Her commitment to academic excellence is exemplified by her recent publication, a paper titled ‘Study On The Relationship Of Music Training With Self Esteem And Emotional Intelligence,’ which was published in the esteemed Journal IJCRT UGC CARE in 2023.
