• Planning and implementation of psychological assessments, creating reports of assessments, and developing psychological treatment plans.
• Guiding Case Managers in managing patients, assisting them with group sessions, and providing teaching support.
• Conducting therapy sessions as per the designated schedule.
• Providing psychotherapy sessions for the allotted patients.
• Engaging with patients directly on the IPD floor along with Case Managers, planning activities, or organizing fun-filled sessions during evening hours.
• Collaborating closely with the Senior Resident as a team and taking the lead in the psychological recovery of patients.
• Explaining to families the importance and benefits of staying at Athena from a psychological perspective.
